Distributed Test
Especially designed for the test of large units under test, e.g. railcars or aircrafts, adaptronic offers with the Distributed Test Systems NT 83x and NT 85x the best solution for almost all wiring test problems. Testsystems of the NT 83x and NT 85x series consist of a centralized test unit with measurement electronics and control-PC and application specific designed distributed Test Point Units (TPUs) with a maximum of 131000 test points in total.
The TPUs are connected to the centralized test unit via a serial bus system and will be located near to the interfaces of the unit under test to be connected to, so that only short adaptation cables are necessary at the unit under test.
The system can be operated directly at the centralized test unit or with a mobile operating panel with WLAN connection.
All measurement parameters and test results will be reported during the test procedure and can be printed or saved in a file.
The customer has the possibility to convert and to import test data from CAD systems (link list, net lists or component lists) and especially customer with existing test data profit at the change from a third party system to an adaptronic NT 83x or NT 85x test system. adaptronic offers interpreters and converters for a great number of test data types from third party manufacturers to enable the client a trouble-free change to the adaptronic test system.
NT 85x
Additional to the stated features the NT 85x test systems cover totally the requirements of the insulation test according EN50343. Herewith electrical circuits of railway vehicles with a nominal voltage up to 440 VAC can be tested with the dielectric strength test.
