Calibration Service
The DIN EN ISO 9000 norms demand a regular technical check of the test equipment.
Regular checks are to be taken seriously by firms running or establishing a quality management system.
Our calibration service will enable you to fulfill the up-to-date quality demands.
The technical check and calibration of our test systems comprises the following services:
- Check of the measurement generators for meeting the specifications. Execution of adjustments and cleaning if necessary
- The test equipment used for the calibration is regularly calibrated and is in accordance with the standards of the DKD (German Calibration Service) or of the PTB (Physical Technical Institute of Germany)
- Extensively review of the test systems for appropriate functioning
- Recording of measurement data and generating the corresponding certificate for your documentation
- Fixing the calibration badge to mark the calibration state
- On request: in time reminder for due calibrations of test systems according defined calibration intervals by adaptronic
We recommend a repetition of the technical check once a year
